Can I put on my income tax, tutoring fees for a child and on what line do I put it

Here is a website you can check which gives guidelines for claiming Totoring expenses.  Basically, the only option is to claim them as a medical expense pending conditions being met and a prescription or written letter obtained from the child's doctor validating that these services were required.  You can also check if a portion of the fees would be covered by your insurance provider (ie:  Blue Cross).
