Billing options for other tax credits
Hi Profile, it would be really great if we had the option within Profile billing, to set rates for some more specific line items vs just by their schedule.
Example: everything on other credits. Yes we can as pricing to other credits in Profile as a default, but there is quite a few credits within that schedule that take time to compile, and it would be nice to bill by the tax credit.
Further example, the new BC renters tax credit. Profile billing will only allow preset billing for the BC479 as a whole. Which won't work, as then every client who is a BC resident, would be charged just because the provincial schedule is triggered by the BPA.
Hopefully you understand what I am trying to get at. If there were some blank billing lines, which we could choose ourselves what specific tax credit the billing is for, that would be soo helpful in a busy office with many staff to ensure consistency with billing time.
Yes, I know there are blank lines to type in whatever we want, which is great, however I do feel like my suggestion above could be easily integrated to help save time on smaller credits and having to manually bill.
Can you also please move the discount deduction to AFTER the mannually entered lines. It doesn't make sense if you are discounting an entire return, to not include manually entered billing lines after the discount.
