At home expenses

With the new rules of at home expenses.  it is to be put on T777s or on line 22900 - the T777s does not exist on the program and the line 22900 is an 'override' entry.  How does it get inputted?

Surprised to hear that Profile hasn't implemented the T777S form.

 

I have been a long time user of Profile and made the switch to TaxCycle this year recognizing it was time for a change.  I just checked and TaxCycle does have the T777s form, which then makes the claim on Line 22900.

 

I wonder if Profile is still working on the development of this form and thus hasn't released it yet (the e-file network doesn't open until Feb. 22nd)?   Perhaps give Profile a phone call to inquire.

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

The new CRA form T777s will be in ProFile version 2020.3.0. The related T2200s is in ProFile 2020.2.7, the current ProFile version. ProFile 2020.3.0 will be released the week before the CRA  T1 e-file window opens.
