Adobe e-signature

I have had more problems with ADOBE e-signature this year than ever before.   I have 2 problems.

#1   When I initiate the e-signature for a client it's supposed to start creating the envelope but quite frequently it does nothing and comes back to the profile screen. Then I have to close the current client and close profile and reload it and then it works for the time being until the next time it decides not to work.

#2 For most of the tax season I was constantly getting an “access violation” message.  For a while it could be bypassed by taking down profile and reloading it. But after doing that for a few weeks, it then started giving an “access violation” every time and I could not send any e-signature requests out to the clients. As suggested on this website, I went through the long process of a "clean uninstall" but that did not clear the problem.  I finally found some time to call PROFILE support.  They helped me set myself up as an administrator both with Profile and Windows in order to stop the errors. After doing that I still got the “access violation” message.  Then Profile support suggested that I only send one document per person to ADOBE even when I was filing a couple. Now I do not get access violations.  But I am still getting the 1st problem.  HELP !!!
