CA Unemployment Income

Is the update for California on Unemployment Income Correct.  It seems like the AGI for Federal is already considering the unemployment as credit and debit; however, the CA adjustments is again subtracting an amount equivalent to the non taxable unemployment income.  These seems to result is double deduction.
