On 8/26/22 I opened case 1586 998 661. Today I received a completely unsatisfactory response. Totally useless. The case has been closed.

When I look at your other posts, it isn't clear if you understood this is a Peer User Community Forum. You don't need to post more than once for the same issue, it helps to properly and specifically Title the topic, so that your peer volunteers will know if that is something that can be helped with (and then provide good details in the content), and it also helps to follow up on that same topic, because it is basically a Discussion. This is not Intuit Support or Tech Support or customer Support or IRS Support. No one here has access to any support ticket system. We just do the best we can to help each other.
