Windows Server 2022 Compatibility

Hello:

We are the IT Dept for a business Tax Professional utilizing Lacerte. We are purchasing a new Server and want to upgrade them to Windows Server 2022.  It is difficult to spend the $ on a new Server and purchase 2019, which will be phased out in the future when we can start with 2022.

I have called Technical Support and they have no information about it, only point me to the "compatibility" which does not address this.

Can someone please advise as to when Lacerte will officially say it is Windows Server 2022 compatible. Also does it really matter?  In other words, if Lacerte is installed on the Workstations and only accessing data files from the Server - is this just a formality anyway?

Really need assistance here, please.

The Lacerte System Requirements are scheduled to be updated in preparation for the Lacerte 2023 release.

The Windows Server 2022 being the latest Microsoft Server OS, should be referenced here as a supported server.
