Why isn't AG990 being created for IL for tax return?

I am creating a 990 tax return for IL for year ending 8/31/22 (2021 return) and the AG990 is not being created. I already verified that the module is loaded in Lacerte for IL. Can anyone help me figure out how to turn it on?

Apparently the form is not yet released.
