S Corp has a single shareholder who is an MD resident. Why is the software generating estimated tax forms.

The software generally does it because your entries have led it to believe there will be a tax next year.

Why would you NOT want the estimates? Often the preparer is smarter than the software and will elect to do an override, if they are confident in what they are doing.
