Why is Lacerte 2020 only dealing with PL1 files for one user?

I have a user that has been having some issues with Lacerte 2020. After assisting with a print issue, they explain that when they attempt to export a new tax file, it exports as a .PL0, and there are no options in file type to change it to the Lacerte 2020 file type of .PL4. The others using the same app on the same server are not having this issue. We can rename the PL0 to a PL4 and it works just the same, but user is being inconvenienced by it not saving as the correct file at all. Any suggestions to get Lacerte to auto save as the correct file type?

Why an export and not use Backup and Restore?

Answers are easy. Questions are hard!

The .PLx extension leads me to believe they're exporting to Tax Planner. Backup and Restore doesn't accomplish that.
