Why hasn't one of my returns been transmitted to Colorado?

I transmitted a Colorado return on January 30, the day that it said I could do so and it just shows that Intuit is holding it. The Federal was accepted several days ago.

    Could be a glitch in the program that Intuit knows about.  I know from time to time in the past if there were issues that Intuit knew about, they would sit on the return for a couple of days and then transmit it later to have it rejected so that you could then file it after a fix was in.  But as a side note, I assume that you have highlighted the return and clicked on "update acknowledgements" just to make sure that is really is just sitting there.
