Why doesn't the prior year fee does not show up in the client listing page?

    "Doesn't & does not" - meaning it does & you don't want it to?  Double negatives are confusing.

    What is the 'client listing page'?

    IF you mean on the screen and you ARE using Lacerte -  edit your 'display' and add the 'prior year total invoice' to it.

    Upper menu bar > Settings >  Display
