Why does the Client Log show a Detail Change after Lock Return?

The Client Log shows a Detail Change (Code Added) days after the client was locked.

I searched the forum for fields that may be updated post lock, to no avail. I also asked the user for their input, but they have no recollection of making any changes - which actually makes sense to me because this is not a "user 2" client.

I guess I misspoke about unlock. It appears yours does show activity on 6/14 of lock/unlock/detail change/lock.

You are then stating that the return of 6/14 has subsequently changed after that date? You have a pdf of the return on 6/14 and what shows now is not that?

The log does not show lock or unlock. Unlock - change data - lock.

A user did this.
