Why do I get an error message every time I try to access state (i.e., LA, OK) oil and gas depletion reports?

I don't have an issue accessing the federal reports but when I click on the LA or OK depletion reports I get the error message

Sometimes Lacerte gets confused, particularly with larger returns. Closing Lacerte and re-opening it often helps.
