Why are pop-up ads preventing me from accessing the program?
When I open Lacerte there is a pop up box for Intuit Tax Advisor that opens over Lacerte. It locks up my entire computer and I have to restart. It is happening every time I try to open Lacerte. I can't click the x at the top of the box or the "Ok, got it" box at the bottom. It is just frozen. Anyone have a solution/workaround to get this box closed so I can use the software to do my job?
