Why am I receiving an e-file rejection informational diagnostic when trying to file 990 PF?

Diagnostic further says that organization information may not match IRS Exempt Organization Business Master File. I compared the IRS records with entity information and they appear the same. I've e-filed same return in prior years with out problem.

Have you actually e-filed? Informational diagnostics are just informational. It may just be a generally warning that is new this year. The only thing that come to mind for me is screen 5.1 for Name control. 

If all this worked last year, go ahead and e-file this year.
