Why am I getting an error message that reads "exception occurred in the tax engine"?

I need a fix as I am also getting other error messages as well every time I try to enter any piece of data.

Does rebooting your computer help with any of the issues?

    And if a hard reboot doesn't do the job, re-install the software using WebSetUp & FORCE it even if the message says you are up to date.
