If I just efile returns for a family and their related entities (and have for years) does the new electronic fingerprinting process apply to me?  Who does apply to?

It applies to any new EFIN applications.

    So if I've been efiling for several years I don't need to do anything at this point?  Are they planning to phase in all existing filers eventually?

    Where you can read about requirements and options, such as:
