WHere is input for schedule B part 3
This is about schedule B part 3 - where in Lacerte is the input screens to change the x to yes they have a foreign bank acct and the country the account is in.

On the input screen 11 for 1099-INT, you should find a section called "Foreign Account and Foreign Tax Credit". There is a checkbox for foreign account, dropdown for foreign country, and another checkbox for foreign trust.
