Where do I input Oklahoma  Form 500-B in Lacerte?

    Screen 57.042 has the input for it, but this doesn’t carry the withholding to the return.  The withholding should be input on the activity the 500-B is generated from. For passthroughs it would be under Credits and Withholding: Line 15 (1065) & Line 13 (1120-S & 1041).
