That part of the program doesn't seem ready for prime time yet (just like many other parts...); wait for the next update.

    The search for it works, but the input area does not yet exist.

    Use Ctrl + F to start a search for "economic recovery" That will yield two items one for Spouse and one for taxpayer. Click on that you will end up in Screen 38, but ...
