Not sure what the rush is.  VA is not processing returns at this time.

"Changes For This Year's Filing Season

Virginia's tax season officially starts on Monday, Jan. 28, 2019.

However, there is one big difference this year that could affect your state return. The Virginia General Assembly is determining the Commonwealth’s response to the federal Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. Because of this, Virginia Tax will not be able to start processing returns immediately."

I don't see much point in submitting a return to VATax when we don't yet know what the 2018 tax laws are going to be in VA.

It looks like all Individual forms were released 1/31. Are you sure you have updated. There were two releases this week.

The latest update on 3/30/21 broke Virginia.  The calculation for the Federal exclusion of $10,200 is now incorrect on the Virginia returns. Virginia first adds back the Federal exclusion.  OK there.  Then it subtracts the entire amount of Unemployment.  OK there, as Unemployment is not taxable in Virginia.  But the Spouse Adjustment Worksheet starts with Federal AGI, and adds in the Unemployment, so there is now a Critical Diagnostic that Federal AGI doesn't equal the total of the Taxpayer and Spouse VA AGI.  What gives, Lacerte?
