When is the organizer tool going to be fixed from the 2020 program? I was told it was under investigation over a week ago

What do you mean by Organizer Tool?

    When I try to print 2021 organizers in the 2020 it will not and freezes my orogrsm

    The program freezes. I was on the phone for 11/2 hours . I check for updates everday
