when I right click on my laptop, nothing happens.

Use a laptop, new LG.   When I  try to jump by right clicking, nothing happens.  Perhaps it is my touchy touch pad.

Try right clicking on your desktop to see if that works. If not check you mouse settings in windows or maybe a different mouse vs using the touch pad.
