Question

When I print a partial return to dms I get an exception error in the tax engine. How do I fix this?

Tax year 2020? Have you gone to "My Account" and downloaded and installed the new DMS? In DMS Use Help> About DMS > Look for 20.1.0 under the Copyright text. If you don't see the 20, then you don't have the latest and greatest DMS.
