What options does the client have to pay my e signature invoice?

I only want my clients to have the option of paying my invoice via ach to my bank account. I do not/will not offer credit cards. Am I correct that I will only be charged $0.30 for each payment I receive?

You should show an exact example of what the client receives.

Do they see the actual invoice I have created in Lacerte, or do they have to view the invoice in their copy of the return?

Your referral was to DocuSign. Is that the company that would be handling the Intuit Quickbooks Client Payments? I went to the site and it didn't say anything about Quickbooks.
