What do I do if I forgot to attach a form to an e file, but I already e filed and was accepted? I needed to attach a copy of the CA return to the MT return, but did not.

Lacerte generally does a good job of attaching what is needed. If it wasn't there, just hang on to a copy and let the client know that they should contact you if MT contacts them. Send the copy at that time. TOO LATE to do anything with an efile that has been sent.
