How do I waive underpayment penalties of estimated tax for a first year S-Corporation tax return?  Any advice would be appreciated.

What kind of tax is subject to underpayment penalty for an S Corp?

The more I know the more I don’t know.

    State Tax, not Federal.

    I suspect that would be in the State portion of the program, but you haven't told us what State so I'm not sure if anybody can guide you further.
