Viewing all entries in INT, DIV and Disposition Screens

I've accidentally changed my view, and can no longer see or enter all entries in the Interest, Dividend and Dispositions screens at the same time. Do you know how to change it back?

Hello.  Does that view come back if you select the Show/Hide Grid icon from the Tool bar located at the top of the program? Note: you must be on the Details tab to see this icon.
