Vermont Form BI-477
VT Business Form BI-477 Line 13 apportionable % should be flowing from line 45. But line 13 is showing as 100% when it should be the smaller % showing on line 45. If we try to override, we get a diagnostic that the return needs to be paper filed. How can we resolve this?
