Question

Used send K-1 package and any partner who opened the email on a MAC machine did not have a link. How can this be fixed?

    I would collect screenshots from the Mac users if they'll send them and then call Support and ask how you can provide them with these screenshots (probably looking at them on a Glance session). Data (screenshots) will help them 10x more than client testimonials of not being able to access their K-1s. This is a peer-support forum, and the Send-K-1 feature is new, so it likely will have bugs to work out. In the meantime, I'd find another secure way to distribute the K-1s.

    Hi @MKMcCutcheon great to see you in the Community and thanks for posting about the users not being able to open the link on a Mac. If using a web-based email they could try a different browser to open their email or a private browsing window to see if it works. We tested this and opened the email on a Mac, there was a blue button at the bottom of the email to view the K-1s and it opened.  If it still doesn't work, we would definitely follow @Karl's advice to contact support
