Updates unavailable and no IRS forms available

My software won't update, and it says forms are not released. 

Yesterday was the first day of filing and clients are getting impatient.

I have been a Lacerte user for over 35 years and this is unacceptable; it is getting worse each year.

What is going on??

    Go to My Account & download program again.  All updates will be there then.  I had same problem.

      Press Windows key and type 

      2024 Lacerte Web Setup

      then click that to install again. After that HOPEFULLY the silent updating will begin.
