Unable to send protected file from DMS

I am not able to send a protected file from DMS.  I can email an unprotected file from within DMS, but Outlook will not come up when it is password protected.  Anyone know how to fix this?

    Yes it is.  I was able to send since I sent this message, but not sure what the issue was with a certain file.
