Unable to load current and prior year REP software

Installed new computer and was able to download Lacerte individual licenses for 2018, 2019, and 2020.  However, unable to download REP modules for business returns.  Currently on hold with Lacerte for 57 minutes.

Follow this for each of the years (you should have selected all modules you wanted when you did the first install)
