Unable to efile returns.  The following message appears: 


Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Reboot

If it happens again, use the FORCE install https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/how-to-perform-a-force-install-of-lacerte/00/4743

    Will I lose all my clients and information if I reboot

    No lost of client data if you reboot, or even if you uninstall the program and install again. 

    Be sure to do regular backups, just to be safe.
