Typing "Pursuant to..." at the top of the 1040 on an efiled tax return

I am amending a tax return.  I have to enter "Filed pursuant to section 301.9100-2" at the top of the amended tax return.  Can I do this in Lacerte on an e-filed tax return?

That can be put on the top of the 1040 https://accountants.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/federal-taxes/adding-text-top-1040-lacerte/L4PPvcrC2_US_en_US?uid=meu7oxzk$srcG4T

It will NOT go to the 1040X. I would just put it in the text for the 1040X.
