TY21 Help Window not helpful?

The TY21 program "Help" window that can you can 'Open/Hide" at the bottom of the "Detail" tab doesn't list relevant "Common Questions" or provide information about the data entry fields as it has with past years.  Do I have a setup problem or has Lacerte discontinued this feature?  If so, that "Help" window is useless.

Thanks - I can see the pane and can toggle on/off on start-up.  My issue is what information isn't in the pane.  No detail about input fields, etc.
