Tuition and fees adjustment for 2018

The Secure Act brought back the Tuition and Fees adjustment (Form 8917) retroactive to Jan 1, 2018. Lacerte has included this in the latest 1040 calculations for 2019 but I can't seem to find that correction in the 2018 program. I wanted to amend some 2018 returns before filing season. Anyone hear anything about when Lacerte will update 2018?

I'd guess they're also waiting for the IRS to release the 2018 form. Keep checking back here:

until it no longer says "If Congress extends the tuition and fees deduction
retroactively for 2018 (as Congress did for 2017 on February 9,
2018), we will post the 2018 revision of Form 8917 here."

I'm going to guess that isn't going to happen. They are scrambling to meet the promised dates of finalized forms for 2019 so don't think 2018 changes are high on the agenda at this point in time.
