Trouble with scroll bar alignment in Trial Balance Utility?

Is anyone else having issues with the Scroll bar on the right side of the Trial Balance Utility showing actually on top of the Ending Balance numbers instead of over on the scroll bar area? My coworkers system is showing it correctly.

Hi @nwempe thanks for posting about the scroll bar alignment in Trial Balance Utility. We'd try the following and check the program after each one to see if the Trial Balance Utility displays correctly:

Windows Display settings - Is the Scale at 100%? If not, try 100%.

Check Program Properties

Right-click the shortcut you use to open Lacerte
Select Properties
Select the Compatibility tab.
Click the Change high DPI settings button.
Check the box for Override High DPI Scaling Behavior.
Click OK to save and close.

Safe Mode - see how it displays there.

Lastly, you could try a Force install for Lacerte - Open the Lacerte Tool Hub→Install Tab→ WebSetup/force.
