"Transferring Proforma Clients" when I open 2020 Lacerte Tax

Our Tax staff intermittently get the "Transferring Proforma Clients" pop-up when they open 2020 Lacerte Tax. And if the client already exists in 2020, the transfer wipes all the work done and need to rework everything again.  Why is this happening?

You should limit which user have access to proforma in Primary options. Someone in the firm is proforming all clients from 19 vs selecting specific clients which causes this issue. Make sure you are backing up your data so that you can restore the files if this occurs.
