transfer clients to 2021

I have downloaded Lacerte 2021 but am unable to transfer 2020 clients.  I go to tools and try to download but nothing works.  Please help.

1. It is too early to pro forma. There are too many bugs. Wait til January.
2. The pro forma is done from the 2020 program.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

    The 1980s War on Drugs is kinda like Intuit early transfers - just say no.
