Transfer Clients from 2019 tp 2020

When I click on Transfer clients from 2019 to 2020 from the 2019 Lacerte tax program, I get a message window containing the following:  w19tax.exe - Fatal Application Exit"   "Exiting Application"

After the first time I tried, I re-downloaded the latest update but got the same result.

What to I need to do?

Try shutting down the computer. Wait a few minutes. Restart.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

    Shutting off the computer and re-starting it after a few minutes off did not solve the problem.
