Transfer clients

I'm getting a pop-up screen in 2023 Lacerte when I try to transfer clients to 2024. The pop up says "...the feature will be available when the Proforma/Organizer update is released later in 2024. This doesn't seem right. I use Drake tax software also and our office has been sending out those organizers since the first week in January. "Later in 2024" doesn't make sense to me. Any advice would be appreciated.

    You need to update the 2023 Software; the Proforma function becomes available late in 2024.

    Go to Tools > Lacerte Updates on the upper menu bar, or use the Tool Hub, or  use WebSetUp.exe.
