Transfer clients 2019 to 2020
This may be a duplicate posting. I installed and updated 2019 and installed 2020. I used 'tools' to transfer all clients and I saw screens indicating that the transfer was taking place, but when I go to 2020 there is no client data and a pop-up box shows client number with the text "invalid format". What do I do?
