TN FAE-170/173 e-file reject

I'm trying to file the TN FAE-170 for a SMLLC from the Individual module. I keep getting an e-file reject for an incorrectly formatted e-mail address. I have taken all e-mail addresses (including mine) out of the client's file but it is still rejecting after 5 e-file attempts. Is there an e-mail address buried in the code or is this a Lacerte and/or TN defect in 2025?

I don't have any TN SMLLC clients, only a TN S-Corp where I file a FAE-170 (and they are extended, bc their books are NOWHERE near ready to file). So I don't have a solution for you on Lacerte, but wanted to make sure you knew that you could file this directly with TNTAP via https://tntap.tn.gov/eservices/_/ I completely concede that you'd rather be able to use Lacerte to do this, but if Support can't get you unstuck and no other peer users here have suggestions for you, this workaround wouldn't take too long. Highly recommend setting TNTAP e-services access up regardless so that you get copies of any notices.
