The unused Oklahoma credit for compressed natural gas did not get carried over to the following year. Does anyone know why this is and how to fix it?

Most of those state credits don't proforma. If you've looked at the Oklahoma law to make sure that a carryover to 2019 is permissible, make an entry in Screen 53.041.
