Texas Franchise Tax

Is the Texas Franchise tax being calculated correctly?  Not seeing expected result.

      I don't they are ready either.  No Form 05-158a or b and when I look at the detail in one of the clients there is info and a balance due.  And the tax letter doesn't say anything about the forms & balance due either.  As I recall this is kind of early for them anyway.
