Texas Franchise Returns

Our Texas Franchise returns are being rejected this year due to invalid security information but the webfile numbers are correct. We are also have trouble with the diagnostics for the Texas returns. There won't be any diagnositics and the return will reject for another piece of missing info. In past years, if there were any issues there were critical diagnostics. Now we don't know until we file. Mostly puzzled by the "invalid security info" rejections. Anyone else having similar issues or know how to resolve?

"This happens only with the 1040 Individual return if you have not put the TX Web file number in the NEW LOCATION. (Screen 54.431) In the detail tab for TX Franchise (State & Local Screen 54.) the first page Texas Miscellaneous on left tool bar scroll down and there is another place to put the Web file number. If you put in on the new screen you will not receive the error and it will file. "
