Texas Extension Form 05-164 Barcode

I am trying to prepare the Texas extension Form 05-164.  The Form has a watermark "Do not file w/o Barcode".  How do I get the barcode to populate?

Hello, 

Please make sure the option, Form 7004 with Return is set to Yes under Settings > Options > Tax Return. This can also control state extensions.
