i AM RECEIVING A OVERIDE DIAGNOSTIC WHEN I SELECT "DELETE NEXT YEAR ON THE PASSTHROUGH S CORP INFO SCREEN

Maybe it automatically deletes because it is the "Final" K-1, so checking that box duplicates it???
Otherwise, (a) ignore the warning, or (b) don't check that box and just delete it next year if it carries over.
